Job Description:

As a Sales Executive for Leefy's School Outreach program, your primary responsibility will be to expand our presence in major cities across India by promoting and selling our health services to schools. You will be tasked with reaching out to schools, scheduling meetings, and presenting our offerings to school authorities. This role requires a proactive and persuasive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting student health.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Prospecting: Identify and prospect potential schools in major cities for partnership opportunities with Leefy.

2. Appointment Setting: Contact school authorities, schedule meetings, and coordinate visitations to present Leefy's school health project.

3. Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations to school administrators, showcasing the benefits and value proposition of Leefy's services.

4. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers to nurture partnerships and drive sales.

5. Negotiation: Negotiate terms of service agreements and commissions with schools, ensuring mutual satisfaction and agreement.

6. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and outcomes using CRM software.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

​

1. Number of Schools Approached: Track the number of schools contacted and engaged in discussions about Leefy's services.

2. Number of Meetings Scheduled: Monitor the frequency and success rate of scheduling meetings with school authorities.

3. Conversion Rate: Measure the percentage of schools approached that ultimately sign up for Leefy's services.

Qualifications:

 

1. Education: Minimum graduation degree from a recognized institution.

2. Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

3. Skills: Excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, self-motivated, and ability to work independently. Proficiency in local languages is a plus.

 

Training:

Leefy will provide comprehensive training on our products, sales techniques, and CRM software to ensure Sales Executives are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in their roles.

 

Compensation:

Sales Executives will work on a commission basis, with commission structures to be discussed during the interview process. High-performing individuals have the potential to earn significant commissions based on sales performance.
